Our caprese is a great classic, one of those things that save you dinner when you have no ideas without losing the taste of eating something really good and more, here’s the added value, it’s really easy to prepare, you just need to have the good ingredients that are only two.

Mozzarella and tomato. It may seem a trivial dish but when we talk about food, here, nothing is ever trivial!
Let’s start with the ingredients: a queen and a king. The mozzarella that must be strictly buffalo mozzarella and a king, the tomato, better if those are round and nice firm.
To make a good Caprese salad the secret is also the seasoning and so, pay attention to the oil that must be strictly extra virgin olive oil, to the salt that must go only on tomatoes. In the end the touch that must not be missed is the basil that will perfume everything and give the typical Italian color to the dish.
