Terms and Cancellation Policy
The offer chosen may be subject to variations due to the sea conditions.
In case of a malfunction or technical failure of the boat, it can be replaced with an equal one or with another of higher level.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation with at least 7 days of notice, before the planned departure, 100% full refund
  • Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before the planned departure, 50% of refund.
  • Cancellation within 2 days from the scheduled departure, no refund will be possible.
  • For cancellations due to bad weather/sea conditions, we will provide you the possibility to choose an alternative date in contrary case a full refund will be given to you.

P.S. For services in the time slot between 8:00 p.m up to 07:00 a.m, a night supplement of the 30% must be added to the above price list. For tours cancelled due to inclement weather, you can choose an alternative date; if an alternative date is not possible, you will not be charged a penalty.
