Shared Tour: Cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 100% full refund.
Shared Tour: Cancellation, less than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure until the day of the tour: no refund will be due.
Private Boat/Private Land Excursion: Cancellation within 7 days before the scheduled departure: 100% full refund. Cancellation, less than 7th day prior to departure until the day of the tour: no refund will be due.
No reimbursement is foreseen in case of delay or no-show. The bus drivers will have a tolerance of 5-10 minutes waiting time after which they will leave, and we will consider yours a "no show" and tickets cannot be refunded.
The tours are subject to favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, will be offered the option to select an alternative date or receive a full refund of the amount paid. Please bear in mind we can decide to cancel the boat tour due to bad weather or sea conditions for your own safety.
