  • How can I book your tour?Reservations for all our tours can be made on our website, after selecting the excursion or the activity check the availability and send us your request.
  • How do I know if my reservation has been accepted?After your email our reservation dept will manage your reservation, after completing this final step you will receive a message or an email where you can find all the details of the booking, the number of customers, hotels or meeting point pick-up and time and other relevant details/tips about the tour. Always check your phone.
  • How can I modify the number of participants?To add or remove the number of participants please contact us within 24 hours before the start of the tour at the following email address: [email protected] or WhatsApp +39 3899511320, our team will be ready to help you.
  • How can I cancel a booking?Following our cancellation policies, clearly visible on each tour page, Cancellation within 7 days before the scheduled departure: 100% full refund while cancellation, less than 7 days prior the scheduled departure until the day of the tour: no refund will be due. Please contact us directly by e-mail or WhatsApp to notify us of your cancellation.
  • How do cancellations due to weather conditions work?The tours are subject to favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, will be offered the option to select an alternative date or receive a full refund of the amount paid. Please bear in mind we can decide to cancel the boat tour due to bad weather or sea conditions for your own safety.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?For all payments made through the website we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
  • Is my payment secure when booking online?Our online system is completely secure. In fact, it encrypts your payment information to protect you against fraud and unauthorized transactions. Your credit card details are not saved on our systems, and you will be charged once you book.
  • What happens if I am late at the meeting point?It is the responsibility of the customers to be at the meeting point in time. The bus drivers will have a tolerance of 5-10 minutes waiting time after which they will leave and continue the pick-up route. Customers arriving after departure of the bus cannot be accommodated and tickets cannot be refunded.
  • What happens if I am not show up at the meeting point?It is the responsibility of the customers to understand the time and meeting point of the tour and be there in time. The bus drivers will have a tolerance of 5-10 minutes waiting time after which they will leave and we will consider yours a “no show” and tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Do I need to bring towels with me?We suggest to take your personal towels with you. For the private boat we provide towels.
  • Can I bring a stroller with me?You can bring a stroller with you on most of our tours. Just make sure the stroller is lightweight, foldable, and small. In any case, we recommend you to contact us for reconfirmation.
