GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  • All services are subject to changes in itinerary and timing
  • Out of respect for all guests on board, upon re-boarding after visiting the cities, there will be a waiting time of 10 minutes during which every effort will be made to contact customers who are late but, beyond which, the vehicle will continue its journey.
  • It is good practice do a preventive treatment in case of boat / vehicle's suffering: many times these precautions must be taken in advance to avoid discomfort during the tour.
  • Bring always with you your personal documents in case of checks by the competent authorities.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Amo Italy Travel declines all responsibility in case of delays and consequent failure to attend the tour.
  • No reimbursement is foreseen in case of delay or no-show. The bus drivers will have a tolerance of 5-10 minutes waiting time after which they will leave, and we will consider yours a "no show" and tickets cannot be refunded.
  • The boarding procedure, regarding boat tours, provide for the waiting of the individual components of the boat until the completion of it.
  • All pick-up times may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
  • Entrance tickets, where provided, are never refundable and must be paid in full.
