However with the advice of our tour guide and in consideration of my knees, I chose the bus from near the terrace, to continue the last stage which consisted of 1800 steps down. Otherwise it was quite do-able.
You need to be very assertive to beat the others onto the bus.

We enjoyed speaking with him on our drive and he was able to give us some fantastic tips and where to eat and what to try in Sorrento, along with some fascinating information about the area. The van was immaculately clean and all round it was a very enjoyable trip. All communication from both the driver and the business was clear, prompt and professional.

He picked us up at our hotel and dropped off at our hotel which made it very convenient. Stopped for scenic pictures along the way and also recommended a boat tour for €20 extra per person which we did and could see the Amalfi coast from the water. The highlight of the trip! He also recommended a great place for lunch and we had plenty of time to tour at each stop. Highly recommend!
