GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• All services are subject to changes in itinerary and timing
• Out of respect for all guests on board, upon re-boarding after visiting the cities, there will be a waiting time of 10 minutes during which every effort will be made to contact customers who are late but, beyond which, the vehicle will continue its journey.
• It is good practice do a preventive treatment in case of boat / vehicle's suffering: many times these precautions must be taken in advance to avoid discomfort during the tour.
• Bring always with you your personal documents in case of checks by the competent authorities.
• It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Amo Italy Travel declines all responsibility in case of delays and consequent failure to attend the tour.
• No reimbursement is foreseen in case of delay or no-show.
• The boarding procedure, regarding boat tours, provide for the waiting of the individual components of the boat until the completion of it.
• All pick-up times may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
• Entrance tickets, where provided, are never refundable and must be paid in full.

CANCELLATION CRITERIA:

• Cancellation within 7 days before the scheduled departure: 100% full refund.
• Cancellation, less than 7th day prior the scheduled departure until the day of the tour: no refund will be due

Offers, of the boat tours, are subject to favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, will be offered the option to select an alternative date or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
